Hurst Lodge School is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our dynamic team with our specialist SEND setting - The Lodge. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of our students in a supportive and nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide support to teachers in delivering high-quality learning experiences.
Lead small group activities and interventions tailored to students' needs.
Supporting across our specialist 'Lodge' provision within KS3 and KS4.
Support students with special educational needs, particularly those with Autism and ADHD.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued and supported.

Requirements:

Experience working with students with Autism and ADHD is essential.
Relevant qualifications or training in special educational needs support.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
