Are you an enthusiastic and committed Higher Level Teaching Assistant looking to take the next step in your career? At Redscope Primary School, we’re looking to appoint a dedicated HLTA who’s eager to make a real difference as part of our friendly and experienced team.

In this role, you’ll work closely with teachers to support high-quality teaching and learning, deliver engaging activities for individuals and small groups, and contribute to improving outcomes for all pupils. You will also take on responsibility for developing a specialist area and may support the coordination and training of other Teaching Assistants, helping to shape practice across the wider team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with:

  • Proven experience as a Teaching Assistant
  • Experience covering classes or acting as a Cover Supervisor
  • Confidence working with children aged 2–11
  • HLTA status
