Marshland High School are seeking to recruit a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) who specialising in cognition & learning and SEMH
To support a named pupil & take a lead role alongside a one-to-one teacher with the implementation of the individual pupils support plan to ensure that the school is meeting the specific needs of the pupil and supporting the pupil in lessons following a differentiated curriculum.
This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with experience who is passionate about promoting independence, inclusion, acceptance and equality.
