We are a Multi Academy Trust comprising of six secondary schools and one primary school with over 750 employees and over 5,500 students, based in Dudley, West Midlands.

We are looking for an inspiring practitioner with high expectations to join our team at an exciting time of development.  

Rufford Primary School is a single form entry school, with a Governor-led Nursery on site, in Stourbridge.  We have a caring and positive atmosphere, where purposeful learning takes place. The staff are highly motivated, enthusiastic, caring, hardworking and concerned with all aspects of our children’s development.   

We aim to provide a variety of experiences which make learning exciting, arouse children’s interest and stimulate curiosity.  Our approach to education encourages children to achieve their full potential and aspire to the highest personal standards of achievement, presentation and behaviour.

We are looking for an experienced and inspirational HLTA.
