Our opportunity

 

We wish to appoint an enthusiastic and committed HLTA to join our team, working within our integrated resource at the Hinde House Primary Phase. The resource is an 8 place hub for children in Y3-Y6. More information can be found on our website - Hinde House - Integrated Resource . The hub is part of the Brigantia Learning Trust. It goes without saying that we will support you, develop you and above all welcome you into our vibrant school.

The role will involve working under the guidance of teaching and senior staff to undertake work/care/support programmes to enable access to learning for students and to assist the teacher in the management of students in the classroom as well as implementing work programmes with identified groups or individual students. There will also be some teaching cover to support ppa timetables as well as absence & training.

The successful candidate will have the ability to plan and deliver highly adapted intervention learning activities to meet the needs of our learners with complex SEND needs, they will have good literacy, numeracy and organisational skills as well as being confident to build excellent relationships with adults and children.
