Job overview

14 hours per week - Term time only plus one day for safeguarding training and one additional day as directed

We are seeking to appoint a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA). In this role you will be responsible for the management and development of a specialist area of SEND within the Access and Inclusion Faculty.

Your role will be to supervise a team of Teaching Assistants as well as develop strategies, resources and programmes to support specific types of SEND.
