Position: HLTA - Educational Teaching Manager

We are seeking to appoint two highly skilled, enthusiastic and committed individuals to work as an HLTA in KS1 and KS2.

We require applicants with:
- Creative, fun and innovative ideas for motivating learners and a sense of humour
- An ability to adapt to new challenges and situations
- Enthusiasm for working as part of a team as well as an ability to work independently
- HLTA status or evidence to show that HLTA standards have been met successfully
- Superb interpersonal skills and confidence in communicating with pupils, parents and professionals
- Motivation to develop their own skills and talents in order to support pupils and colleagues
- Experience of planning and teaching groups of pupils
