We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and motivated HLTA or LSA to join our caring and dynamic SEND team from April 2020. This is an opportunity to work in a friendly and supportive environment which encourages professional development. The successful candidate will assist in the support and inclusion of pupils with SEND across all year groups and across all curriculum areas by working within the classroom to provide appropriate one-to-one support for individuals and by delivering school based interventions to small groups of pupils such as the Talkabout Teenagers Social Skills programme. Our students have a range of needs with our most prevalent needs being ASD, SpLD, VI and HI. Experience in any of these areas would be an advantage.
