Salary – S01 SCP 29 to 31 (£26,470-£28,221)
Actual salary: £19,580 - £20,876 per annum (8:30am – 3:30pm) Term time only plus 5 training days
At Morley Newlands Academy we are looking to recruit an experienced, qualified Higher Level Teaching Assistant to provide PPA cover, curriculum release and intervention to children across the whole school. The governors of our caring, friendly and rapidly improving academy wish to appoint an enthusiastic and highly effective Higher Level Teaching Assistant.
We are looking for someone who:
- is highly motivated and creative
- holds a HLTA qualification
- is able to motivate, inspire and encourage children
- has excellent interpersonal skills
- is committed to developing and maintaining close links with the whole community
- is able to build positive relationships with staff and parents
- enjoys working as part of a hardworking and happy team
- must have at least GCSE / 'O' Level Maths and English at grade C or equivalent
