Job overview
We are looking to appoint a good humoured and confident HLTA who is able to quickly build rapport with students.
You must be a qualified Higher Level Teaching Assistant or someone who is working towards this qualification and has relevant and recent experience of this role. You will need to have passion, energy and determination with the drive to really make a difference in the lives of our young people.
The successful candidate will have relevant experience within an ASD Unit and will be able to plan, prepare and deliver aspects of the curriculum, ensuring it is engaging, relevant and suitably differentiated and also be able to work with the Student and Family Support to implement effective behaviour management strategies.
