About the role

To work with the class teacher and Principal to ensure continuous improvement in the quality of education. You will be based in a year group (to be determined), as a third member of the teaching team. You will cover for staff course attendance/absence as required.

This is a Permanent post, 30 hours per week, 39 weeks per year.

Falconer’s Hill Academy is a co-educational school catering for children between ages 7 & 11.

We aim to develop the whole child by considering their intellectual, moral, spiritual, social, emotional, creative and physical well-being. This is all within a purposeful, happy and secure school environment for everyone.

At Falconer's Hill we have high expectations and deliver a curriculum which enables all pupil to succeed.

A highly skilled, flexible and independent team player
