Our opportunity
We wish to appoint an enthusiastic and committed HLTA to join our team within Hinde House Academy (Primary Phase). It goes without saying that we will support you, develop you and above all welcome you into our vibrant school.
The role will involve working under the guidance of teaching and senior staff to undertake work/care/support programmes to enable access to learning for students and to assist the teacher in the management of students in the classroom as well as implementing work programmes with identified groups or individual students. There will also be some teaching cover to support PPA timetables as well as absence & training.
The successful candidate will have good literacy, numeracy and organisational skills as well as being confident to build excellent relationships with adults and children.
