Contract: 37 hours per week, Term Time Only plus 5 days, Permanent

We are seeking to appoint enthusiastic, hard-working and flexible member of staff to support the needs of pupils who require particular help in overcoming barriers to learning, in order to promote the integration of pupils with special needs.

The successful candidates could be working on a one-to-one basis with individuals, with small groups of pupils or within a classroom supporting the work of the teacher. In addition, you will have responsibility for the management and development of a specialist area within the school or across the SEND department alongside collaboration with colleagues and professionals to co-ordinate and plan schemes of work to support pupils with SEND needs You will join a supportive and forward-thinking department with the qualities of initiative, patience and sensitivity.
