Build strong, trusting relationships rooted in safety, consistency and connection
Lead 1:1 and small-group sessions focused on wellbeing, regulation and positive learning behaviours
Contribute to assessment, planning and recording using systems such as Evidence for Learning
Work alongside families, therapists and wider professionals to support the holistic needs of pupils
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a highly relational school community where belonging and aspiration sit at the heart of our work.
Have experience supporting children with SEMH, trauma, ASC or relational needs
Use trauma-informed, relational and restorative approaches
Communicate with clarity, warmth and emotional literacy
