Rutherford House is an expanding school and requires additional adult support for our increasing after-school provision. Term-time only (39 weeks) | 38 hours per week (8am – 4.20pm).
This is an exciting opportunity for someone to assist in providing outstanding, creative and stimulating afterschool care through safe, high quality play and learning opportunities. This role requires someone who has good behaviour management skills and experience of providing after-school care.
If you have experience in the following:
- Good numeracy/literacy skills
- Understands child development and the learning process
- Ability to self-evaluate learning needs and actively seek learning opportunities
- Ability to relate well to children and adult
