Ash Green School is a welcoming and inclusive mixed secondary school in Coventry for pupils aged between 11 and 18 which has been part of Creative Education Trust (CET) since January 2012. Working with CET has enabled the school to significantly improve the curriculum, opportunities and life chances for the pupils. The Higher Level Teaching Assistant will sit within the SEND team providing the successful candidate with a varied role across the school.
The Ash Green School is seeking to appoint a Higher Level Teaching Assistant to:
Recognise, praise and celebrate the commitment and achievements of colleagues, pupils and other stakeholders
Be a positive role model of the values and behaviours that underpin the school vision
The Academy aims to maintain harmonious relations between all site users; you must ensure that care is taken when dealing with children and involvement with others is professional
Be part of the team and willingly assist staff with simple tasks as requested
