Pool Hayes Academy is a rapidly improving school. In our most recent Ofsted Inspection we secured our first Good ratings for Leadership and Management, Personal Development, Behaviour & Welfare and 16 to 19 Study Programmes – and we have some ambitious plans for the future.

Working within the Maths Department, you will work closely with teachers to change the lives of every student you meet, by enabling them to reach their potential.

You will support our classroom teachers to plan, manage and monitor the progress of students. We’re looking for someone who’ll take responsibility for a range of personalised learning, both with groups and with individual students.

You will receive the support and opportunities to not only make a difference in the lives of our students, but also your own. We take pride in successfully developing our staff to achieve their own personal career aspirations.

This role is term time only, and 35 hours per week. The salary advertised has been pro-rated to reflect this.
