We are looking to appoint an ambitious, inclusive, and determined HLTA to assist in the delivery of learning for those students who need a bit of extra help to achieve. The primary focus of the role will be planning, delivering, and monitoring interventions. You will need to be able to work as part of a small team and be expected to contribute to its development, have a positive attitude towards personal development and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

 

This role is particularly suited to someone with previous experience working with young people to improve their academic outcomes but may be equally suited to a graduate wanting to gain experience before training for a career in teaching. A science background would be a distinct advantage.
