Due to our increasing popularity and expanding roll, we are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, effective, innovative and highly motivated History Teacher to join our growing team of staff from January 2018.  

We are an Academy with Outstanding Leadership and Management at all levels across the school. (Ofsted 2010 & Ofsted 2013 – overall effectiveness “Outstanding”)  The successful candidate must have: 

  • The ability to teach History up to at least KS4 and ideally to A Level
  • The ability to lead classroom learning effectively,   
  • The motivation and capacity to work collaboratively as part of a small dynamic team
  • A commitment to achieving high standards of teaching and learning and excellent results
  • A passion for the subject and the ability to inspire our students.
