We are currently seeking a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) specialising in Behaviour Support to join our dedicated team.

Position: HLTA Teacher Assistant - Behaviour

Role Overview:
As an HLTA Teacher Assistant focusing on behaviour, you will support students in managing their behaviour effectively to create a positive learning environment. You will work closely with teaching staff and pastoral teams to help students engage fully with their education and develop essential social skills.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Willingness to learn and develop skills related to behaviour management within a school setting

- Experience supporting behaviour and engagement

- Understanding of behaviour management strategies

- Ability to support learning in class, small groups, and 1:1

- Ability to adapt explanations and scaffold learning

-Knowledge of safeguarding, inclusion, and SEND

- Strong communication and organisational skills

- Ability to remain calm and respond positively to challenges
