Putting students first is part of our fundamental culture. We strongly believe that positive outcomes for our students come from the professionalism, commitment and passion for excellence displayed by our staff.
We are looking for a HLTA to assist in the delivery of the English curriculum for our students who need a bit of extra help to achieve. The primary focus of the role will be planning, delivering, and monitoring interventions.
The role is particularly suited to someone with previous experience working with young people to improve their academic outcomes but may be equally suited to a graduate wanting to gain experience before training for a career in teaching. The successful applicant will work under the guidance of the Head of English and will support the overall ethos and development of the college.
Please note, although we are ideally looking for a full-time colleague, we are open to discussing flexible working options
