Position: Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)
Minimum Experience: 1 year

Job Description:
As an HLTA at Queensbridge Primary School, you will play a vital role in supporting teaching staff by delivering high-quality learning activities and helping to raise pupil achievement. You will work with individuals or groups of children under the guidance of teachers, contributing to their educational development and well-being.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of one year’s experience working in a school setting
- HLTA status or equivalent qualification preferred
- Ability to plan, prepare, deliver, and assess learning activities
- Strong communication skills with children, parents, and colleagues
- Good organisational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage behaviour effectively within the classroom environment
- Basic knowledge of safeguarding procedures
