Stoke Damerel Community College, Plymouth are looking to expand our SEN team by appointing an experienced HLTA, who is committed to supporting the learning of the most vulnerable students within our Nurture groups. 

The successful applicant will work alongside the SENCo and Curriculum departments to deliver specialist programmes to small groups of students with additional learning needs. 

As we would like to support students to make an effective transition from primary school, therefore applicants who have specific experience within a primary setting would be very welcome to apply.
