About the Role:
As a HLTA Cover Supervisor at Trident Alternative Provision, you will play a key role in maintaining high standards of teaching and learning during staff absences. You will be responsible for supervising classes, delivering planned lessons, and supporting students’ educational progress within our unique setting.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience working in an educational setting.
- Proven ability to manage classroom behaviour effectively.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to follow lesson plans accurately.
- Excellent communication skills with both students and staff.
- Ability to adapt quickly to different subjects and age groups.
- Relevant HLTA qualification or equivalent experience preferred.
- Good understanding of safeguarding procedures and child protection policies.
