Higher Level Teaching Assistant

Salary: Grade 4, SP 7-10 (FTE: £30,285 - £31,610 / Actual: £26,026 - £27,165.28 per annum)  

Contract Type: Permanent 36.82 hours per week, 38 weeks per year (full-time) 

Are you ready to change the course of children's lives? We are looking for an amazing member of staff to step up as HLTA, to support across the school and with the opportunity to teach PSHE lessons. Most importantly you are excited about working with our amazing pupils and staff to build a brilliant school. We are looking for candidates with the motivation and determination to ensure that students make progress, improve their experience of education and prepare them to lead a fulfilling life. You will be supported in your role by experienced special education leaders who will be available to offer advice and guidance as the school moves forward under their leadership. Significant training and development are available through opportunities for professional development, research, teacher training and collaboration between schools and across phases.
