About the role:  Are you an experienced Learning Support Assistant?  Are you keen to develop your skill-set further?  Stationers’ Crown Woods Academy has a rare opportunity to appoint a Visual Impairment Special Resource - Higher Level Teaching Assistant.  Our successful candidate will support students with Visual Impairments and any associated SEND needs, supporting them to access learning and engage in a range of enrichment activities. You’ll get the chance to work with teaching staff across the academy to ensure that students have the right support and resources available, so you will be preparing specialist materials and working directly with class teachers. You will also be providing pastoral support to students, helping to build their resilience and confidence.   

The Inclusion Department works collaboratively across the academy to ensure that all pupils are able to access and enjoy all aspects of academy life.
