We have an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to lead our busy Holiday and After School Clubs. We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic person, to be the driving force in moving this department forward. 

Our Lady’s Preparatory School and Nursery is an Independent School and Nursery, from the ages of 3 months - 11 Years. The school currently offers full wrap around care for 51 weeks of the year, with a diverse and engaging range of activities available for the 4-11 year olds who attend the school.    

The ideal candidate should have

• A passion for working with children.

• Level 3 in playwork/childcare or higher.

• Experience of working in Out of School clubs.

• Excellent interpersonal skills.

• The ability to create engaging, stimulating and fun learning environments.

• Experience in supervising and organising staff.

• The ability to think creatively and to motivate others.

The role is 30 hours per week term time Mon-Fri 12-6pm and 45 hours per week in the school holidays. All annual leave must be taken during term time.
