The successful applicant will:
- have a commitment to and understanding of the ethos and traditions of Catholic Education;
- hold current registration with the Queensland College of Teachers; and
- be eligible to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment.
We are seeking an experienced, dedicated and enthusiastic Home Economics and Food Nutrition Teacher for our secondary campus (Years 7 to 12). An ability to teach Religious Education would be advantageous.
This is a part-time fixed term position from 23 April 2019 until 6 December 2019 for 2 days per week – Thursday and Friday. (Term 2-4)
Additionally, the successful candidate will have proven organisational skills and a demonstrated ability to work in a team of teachers. It is further expected that the successful applicant will possess excellent communication and inter-personal skills and be an innovative and creative educator.
