HOSPITALITY SOUS CHEF
TERM TIME ONLY
The Hospitality Sous Chef plays a vital role in the delivery of a quality catering service for events as well as high quality day to day service for pupils, staff, parents and visitors.
The principal focus of the role is assisting the Head Chef in the planning, preparation, cooking and serving of meals and refreshments for the schools pupils and visitors.
Hours: 40 hours per week, term time only.
Shifts will be 5 out of 7 days, predominantly evenings but flexibility will be required.
