The School of Performance, Music and Media are looking for a talented individual to join their dynamic team from the start of the new academic year.
You should have industry experience within the area of performing arts, be passionate about the progress of young people and have experience teaching BTEC programmes in an FE setting.
You should possess a current teaching qualification and be proficient at planning, delivering, assessing, tracking and monitoring.
You will be excellent at differentiating your teaching in large groups to match the individual skills and aspirations of students and exude a ‘can-do’ attitude.
There could be hours across the whole range of BTEC provision, including Dance for the right candidate prepared to teach all disciplines within performing arts.
The closing date for applications is Friday 26 August 2016.
The successful candidate will join the Performance, Music and Media team, reporting to Head of School, David Dolling.
