Job overview
We are seeking a House Matron to work alongside the Houseparents in our only girls’ 6th form house. The Lodge is home to 45 bright and ambitious girls and acts as a stepping stone between school life and university.
Experience in a care-based industry and of working with older teenage girls is highly desirable.
You will also ensure required service standards within the House are met by other School departments. These include cleaning, maintenance, laundry and catering services.
If you are confident with IT-based admin and can combine efficiency with friendliness and a genuine care for the welfare of our pupils, we would be delighted to hear from you.
