The Housemaster will have overall pastoral responsibility for the well-being of boarding students within a boys’ boarding house, under the leadership of the Head of Boarding. The Housemaster is expected to understand and be prepared to commit to the Catholic ethos of the school and innovative diamond model educational structure, with a mixture of single-sex and co-educational teaching. Public examination results at GCSE and A Level are excellent.

The successful candidate will have experience working in a boarding school. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to relate to boys is essential. This is a residential post, for teaching or non-teaching applicants.
