APEX2100, the International Ski Academy, trains over 120 young skiers from all over the world (aged 12–20), combining sporting and academic excellence.

We are looking for a Houseparent to support our athletes on a day-to-day basis in a unique and stimulating environment.

📅 Permanent contract to start 1 November 2026

📍 Position based in Tignes (accommodation provided on site)

Your main responsibilities

• Providing day-to-day support for the athletes within the boarding house

• Build strong, trusting relationships with athletes, offering guidance, reassurance, and care

• Organising social activities: games, sport, cooking, art

• Supporting young people who are injured or experiencing personal or emotional difficulties

• Ensure appropriate supervision of athletes in the evening, at night and during designated on-call periods

• Be available to athletes outside normal working hours, including in the evenings and at weekends, in accordance with the duty rota

• Immediately report any issues relating to safety or wellbeing to the Head of House and Wellbeing or the designated safeguarding lead

• Accompany young people on camps abroad

Your profile

• Experience in supporting teenagers in highly stressful situations

• Comfortable with teenagers

• Organised, adaptable and calm in all circumstances

• Good communication skills

• French language skills (advantageous but not essential)

• Experience in a boarding school, academy, or sports environment

Conditions

• Full-time permanent contract (1,582 hours per year, flexible working hours)

• Gross salary: from €2,230, depending on experience
