Bromley High School is looking for a HR Admin Assistant to join our friendly and supportive team on a part time basis.

You will provide first class administrative support to the HR Manager, assisting with all HR processes including recruitment, maintenance of the school’s Single Central Record (SCR), interview preparation, payroll system procedures, absence processing and employee relations. The main GDST HR system is PeopleXD and the school’s management information system is SIMS. 

You will have an excellent attention to detail and will be proactive and flexible with a hands-on approach to helping staff with HR queries and processes. 

Together with support from the HR Manager and HR Officer, the school also benefits from professional support from the dedicated HR and Payroll teams at the GDST Head Office, therefore although advantageous, no previous HR knowledge is required. Excellent ICT skills, including a proficiency with Microsoft Office is essential.

The hours of work are 16 hours per week, 8am – 4pm (including a lunch break) term time only plus 10 days to be worked during school closure periods. These hours are to be worked across two days per week (one working day to be on a Friday).
