Job overview
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive HR Administration Officer to ensure the seamless delivery of HR operations in the Brian Clarke Academy and to undertake HR administration for the Cranmer Oldham Hub, which is currently three primary schools.
You responsibilities will span the employee life cycle and you will be a key point of contact for employees and managers.
This is a well-supported role within a strong school team, with additional guidance and expertise provided by the Trust’s central HR function.
We are looking for someone who:
Has excellent organisational and administrative skills with previous HR admin experience
Is an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills
Works efficiently and has good attention to detail
Has strong IT skills with the ability to learn and confidently use the HR MIS
Demonstrates a positive, proactive approach and a willingness to learn and develop

This position will be based at The Brian Clarke Academy, Oldham, but may from time to time require travel as necessary to collaborate with other schools which are all locally based.

The Brian Clarke CE Academy is a new school school for Oldham, providing an excellent education for children and a school community that is a true microcosm of our town - aspirational, multi-cultural, multi-faith and multi-talented.
