HR Administration Officer

This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to join our busy Human Resource Department. The post holder will provide effective HR administration, whilst maintaining confidentiality and high professional standards at all times by being flexible and well-organised. The successful candidate will work closely on a day to day basis with the school directors and provide HR and administrative support to the school faculty and staff. This is a year round full time position with the benefits of a tax free salary based on experience and qualifications, private health insurance, housing provided and an annual vacation return flight allowance.

Along with a minimum of 3 years HR management experience the successful applicant will ideally hold either an MBA or BA. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, are a must. They will also have the ability to work at a fast pace, meeting set deadlines and working unsupervised.

Interviews will be conducted, initially via Skype.

Located in Kuwait in the Middle East, the American Baccalaureate School is a K-12 non-profit school of approximately 1200 students and 210 staff members from many different countries. Though Arabic and Islamic studies are taught within the school, the spoken language is English, therefore there is no requirement for the applicant to speak Arabic.
