Bridgwater College Trust is a Multi Academy Trust supporting Bridgwater College Academy, Brymore Academy, Hamp Junior School and West Somerset College

37 hours per week, 39 weeks per year (term time, plus one further week)

Fixed term contract until 31st August 2018

We are looking for a HR administrator to join our friendly team. 

This role will involve providing administrative support for the human resources function across all the academies within the Trust. The successful post-holder will support with recruitment, absences, employment checks, and general administration.

Ideally you will have good administrative skills and have experience of using IT systems. 

You will also need to have excellent people skills and be able to maintain confidentiality.

This role will be based at Bridgwater College Academy, but you will be expected to travel regularly to other academies within the Trust.

Bridgwater College Academy is the only all-through mainstream Academy in Somerset and opened in 2012.  Student numbers are divided equally between Primary and Secondary phases; we also have a nursery provision too. The Academy was the first sponsored Academy within the Bridgwater and Taunton College Trust, which now hosts seven Academies and is itself set to continue to expand in the future.
