Human Resources Administrator
Required as soon as possible
Hours: part time, 25 hours a week for 39 weeks (term time and professional days)
Salary: scale 3, points 14-16 (£16,781 – £17,419 pro rata)
We are seeking to appoint an experienced, enthusiastic candidate to join our team. The role will focus on providing confidential administrative support to the HR function, ensuring HR and safeguarding procedures are adhered to, while supporting the Deputy Headteacher responsible for personnel in creating a culture which supports staff wellbeing, staff development, equality and diversity.
This post will be a 1 year temporary post in the first instance, with the view of progressing to a permanent position.
A comprehensive induction and support package is available for all new staff.
