As the HR Administrator you will work closely with the HR Advisor, you will conduct a HR administration function in the provision of a full confidential recruitment service to the HR Department, using computer software and electronic and paper based HR systems.
You will be working as part of a busy, fast paced team working in the core of the college. As the HR Administrator you will support the HR Manager and HR team, offering a comprehensive administrative function for payroll, recruitment and staff development activities and a friendly and efficient customer service to internal and external customers.
Candidates will have a good level of literacy and numeracy, a good eye for detail and a passion for good customer service. You will require good IT skills (Microsoft office suite) and demonstrable competence in the use of HR database/s. You will have the ability to work on your own initiative and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
