HR Administrator
The Shared Learning Trust is a successful multi-academy trust in Luton and Central Bedfordshire. We currently comprise five academies and have exciting plans to grow and add further academies to our education family.
We have an excellent opportunity for an organised, hard-working and dedicated Administrator to join us. You will support our friendly central HR Team, responding to enquiries and service requests related to HR Administration. This role will suit someone who is a competent Administrator with a methodical approach to record keeping and producing documentation. You will have excellent communication skills and set high standards for yourself to ensure processes run smoothly.

Key Duties:
· Lead on administration and processing of new starter paperwork including; DBS documents, offer letters and contracts.
· Deliver excellent customer service by providing accurate information and support in response to enquiries
· Create and support with annual pay letters
· Ensure that efficient, accurate and timely end-to-end processes are adhered to.
· Ability to handle multiple tasks while working to deadlines and maintaining a high degree of accuracy
· Input employee data into the HR database and maintain accurate records of all HR information being mindful of GDPR legislation and maintaining confidentiality
The successful candidate will have:
· At least three years’ experience of working in an administrative environment
· Experience of supporting managers across a variety of departments at different levels in all aspects of transactional requests
· Experience of using a HR information system.
· Experience of working in a HR administration role would be desirable but not essential
Job Specifics:
Start Date: As soon as possible
Salary: NJC Pay scale 3 points 6 – 8 - £21,968 to £22,777 per annum (Depending on experience and previous success)
Job Role: Permanent, 37hrs / 52 weeks – However a term time only appointment will be considered for the right candidate. Hours of work: Mon – Thurs 8:30am – 4:30pm, Fri 8:30am – 4pm.
