HR Administrator

This is an exciting opportunity to use your first class organisational and administrative skills to play a key role in the HR Department of a renowned and well-regarded school.

Reporting to the Director of Finance and Operations, this key role will provide administrative HR support from recruitment, induction and payroll through to appraisal, evaluation and training opportunities. Liaising closely with the Senior Leadership Team as well as with teachers, administrative staff, external agencies, applicants and some pupils, this role requires the ability to efficiently manage your own workload and work well within a team. 

HR policies are set via the main HR Department at the Girls’ Day School Trust (GDST) and they will also provide any necessary support and guidance to the successful applicant.  

Knowledge and experience within an HR function would be desirable. The key to success in this role will be excellent interpersonal, organisational and communication skills.
