Job overview

We’re here to make a difference. Are you?

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Academy Transformation Trust HR team as HR Administrator across three of our Mildenhall based academies, Mildenhall College Academy, Great Heath Academy and Beck Row Academy.

As HR Administrator, you will report into the Regional HR team and together you will support our academies on their journey towards improving educational outcomes for pupils. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced administrator wanting to develop a career in HR. You will be an integral member of the HR team undertaking duties across a range of HR activities including recruitment and selection, data management and reporting, compliance and general HR administration.

About you

We are looking for an experienced administrator with strong organisation and IT skills including Word, Excel and management information systems. As a great time manager, you are able to maintain deadlines and stay on track with policies and procedures. You are also competent with sensitive information and able to maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times. You will be committed to developing a career in HR and you will support the Trust’s ethos in order to ensure that our HR service always meets – ‘value our people and the people we support’.

What’s in it for you?

As well as a flexible working arrangement and generous local government pension scheme, you will also benefit from the ATT Together Employee Benefits platform, and be part of a team that is developing and shaping an excellent HR service for the Trust. The role is 37 hours per week, term time plus four weeks across the school holidays to cover payroll deadlines.

If you share our passion to make education better, give every child the best chance in life, and would like to make a difference through an excellent HR administration service, please apply online on the ATT Careers site.

Closing date: 5:30pm on 21 May 2019.

Every child deserves an excellent education and to go to a school that understands them, allows them to thrive and be happy, and helps them to achieve academic success whatever their ability or circumstances. I firmly believe that this is achieved through inspiring teaching, a safe and caring environment, expert advice and guidance, and a wide range of high quality enrichment opportunities. Our aim is for all students to develop their knowledge, talents and values so that they can be successful and make a positive contribution to their community.

The academy vision is ‘working together, supporting individuals’. Fundamental to the success of all students is a strong, supportive partnership between the home and the academy. It is vital that communication is clear and regular, that parents/carers remain closely involved in their child’s education and that the academy shares information about their progress in a timely manner.
