Part-Time HR Administrator (Minimum 25 Hours per Week) – Term Time Plus Three Weeks of School Holidays
Salary: £13,429 - £16,597 inclusive (actual salary for 25 hours / 0.67 fte)
We are seeking a HR Administrator to provide efficient and effective support to Moor House. Reporting to the HR Officer, you will provide HR administrative support, to enable a consistent and effective delivery of the HR administration service across Moor House. Key duties and responsibilities will include:
- Supporting end to end recruitment and selection processes, whilst adhering to Moor House safeguarding procedures.
- To support administration processes in relation to employee data management including inputting of sickness and training records onto our CintraIQ HR Software.
- To maintain manual and electronic HR filing systems, ensuring that all confidential information is kept securely.
- Providing general HR administrative support
The ideal candidate will have experience as an administrator with excellent verbal and written communication skills. If you are enthusiastic, self-motivated and pro-active with the capacity to take the initiative when necessary, we would like to hear from you.
