Holy Family Catholic Multi Academy Trust are looking for an enthusiastic HR Administrator to support our HR Team by providing administrative support to the HR function in all areas of its work and act as the first point of contact for the HR service. The successful candidate will assist in the delivery of a consistent, professional and high quality HR service, in line with the aims of the Trust, whilst maintaining confidentiality, discretion and security at all times. The post It is a “hands on” role working across the full range of HR duties.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities

  • To provide high quality HR administration to the Trust.
  • To provide administrative support responding to staff queries about pay, benefits and other terms and conditions of employment. 
  • To support the recruitment and starters & leavers processes for all Trust schools.
  • To support the Trust’s staff recruitment systems, practices and procedures, including the writing and development of a suite of standard job descriptions and person specifications for roles across the Trust.
  • To support the school with the complete recruitment process, including the compliance aspects of safer recruitment and ensuring all stages of the processes are undertaken and recorded compliantly.
  • To provide general HR administration under the guidance of the HR Team Leader.
