This is an exciting time to be joining the Trust as we embark on a newly formed HR function within our Norfolk schools. Supported by our Regional HR Business Partner, the role of HR Adviser is to provide comprehensive information and advice and guidance to line managers, employees and other stakeholders by leading on all employee relations casework across the academies. You will also take an active role in the recruitment across the region and support the Regional HR Business Partner in regional and Trust wide project work.
