This is an exciting opportunity for which we require a HR Advisor to deliver a high quality, professional and forward thinking HR service.

Working as part of the central services team we are looking for a passionate HR professional to help deliver a comprehensive service to the academies and the trust by communicating practical, effective and timely advice to internal and external colleagues in a professional and positive way. Supported by the HR team, the HR Advisor will work closely with managers and senior leaders to advise, support and coach in effectively managing employee relationships matters, such as sickness absence, probationary, grievance and disciplinary, ensuring that this is in line with legislation and policy.
