Due to the growth strategy of our Trust, we have an exciting opportunity to join our team. The role will involve working within the central HR team to implement operational HR plans and objectives, and take a role in supporting employee relations casework in our schools, building effective professional working relationships with school leadership teams to ensure that all school employees can access a comprehensive and effective HR service.
We would be keen to hear from dedicated and passionate HR professionals who are eager to progress their career in the education sector as part of a HR service in a successful and inclusive Trust. The ideal candidate will be:
· Organised and able to meet deadlines
· A strong team player with the ability to work on their own initiative and make judgements within the boundaries of the role.
· Have strong and adaptive communication skills.
· Demonstrate personal integrity, confidentiality and professionalism and role models those personal qualities we expect to see from our colleagues and our students
· Have a sound knowledge of employment law and HR practice
· Demonstrate and role model our values and those personal qualities we wish to see in all our staff and instill in our young people, including personal resilience, drive and initiative.
