Job overview

We are recruiting a HR Advisor to join our HR team to provide generalist support to a staff body of c. 350. This is a varied role and will involve advising on employee relations matters such as disciplinaries, grievances, performance management and flexible working requests, as well as operational support. You will play a key role in the recruitment and selection of staff, as well as supporting our absence process, and dealing with general queries.

We are seeking an individual with a generalist HR background who is seeking a rewarding career in the education sector. You will be resilient, have a strong work ethic and be someone who can work collaboratively and develop and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues at all levels. Attention to detail in your work will come naturally along with using your initiative; you will be comfortable working to tight deadlines when needed.
