We are looking to appoint a HR Adviser to join our HR team in this interesting and varied role. We are committed to providing an efficient, professional and customer focused HR Service, supporting the college to recruit, develop, and retain our valued staff, as well as being a great place to work. 

You will work alongside managers and support employee relations activity including advice and support with sickness absence, performance management and pension administration, and help develop and deliver our programme of recruitment activity. You will also work on exciting projects driving forward our agendas with regards to wellbeing, equity, diversity and belonging and the implementation of a HR information system. 

We are looking for an experienced HR Adviser who will enjoy adding value to the work of the team and the College as a whole. As a diverse and challenging role, we need someone who is flexible, proactive and who can prioritise a busy and varied workload. You will have previous experience of working in a HR advisory capacity, have excellent IT skills and be able to communicate with a wide variety of stakeholders.
