Job Title: HR Advisor

Location: Waltham Forest College (East London – E17)

Hours: 36 per week

Salary range: £33,449 - £34,339 inclusive of London Weighting pro rata

We’re looking for a HR Advisor to join the HR team on a permanent basis. The role are fundamental to support the current and future scope as we support the college on our exciting journey of growth and development.

We want someone to show in their applications:

o   A solid experience of managing employee relations cases (some complex)

o   A good working knowledge of end-to-end recruitment best practices with a professional, proactive and robust customer experience focus.

o   Strong communication and interpersonal skills

o   Excellent attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines

o   Humility with the expertise to put our customers at the forefront of what we do.

o   A ‘team work ethic’ to support our collective success

o   CIPD Level 5 Qualified (or have similar relevant working experience)
